Michael E. Lawlor was born in Los Angeles, CA. Staying true to his creative energy while growing up, Michael started acting in Drama class in High School. At this time, he appeared in his first Independent film, “No Mellow Roos” through his family friends. After graduation, Michael began working in Los Angeles, CA on several projects. His first professional acting gigs were “NCIS” and “SCANDAL”, along with other TV shows and commercial projects. Michael’s first professional audition was for the film, “High Fidelity”.

12 years ago Michael started doing background work and was upgraded to a key role for the show “NCIS” He stayed in studies, worked hard, earned his SAG vouchers and was again upgraded. Working background in 2019 on the television show, “Scandal”, Michael applied his experience and landed himself a co-starring role with several speaking lines. Since then, Michael has been focused, studying, working and seeking representation. “Seal Team”, “Scandal” and “Animal Kingdom” are some of Michael’s most memorable experiences on the job. He is passionate about progress in the arts and is seeking representation and opportunity that will allow him to demonstrate the many techniques and skills he has acquired. Michael is focused on acting work in both Film and Television and is currently studying with Rylee Marshall, his acting coach. Both, Michael and Rylee are students of the late Sal Romeo.
